Dr. Louise Robin
Dr. Louise graduated from the University of Bristol veterinary school in the United Kingdom in 2007. She initially worked in mixed practice in the Peak District, treating small animals, horses and farm animals alike, and has concentrated solely on small animal work since 2011, most recently holding the role of senior vet at a large and very busy small animal practice in York.
In 2015 she completed a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Small Animal Medicine) through the University of Liverpool veterinary school, and is an RCVS recognised Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine. As such, she really enjoys challenging medical cases and also brings with her much experience in all areas of veterinary practice, including imaging and soft tissue surgery. She also really enjoys getting to know pets and their owners!
Dr Louise has volunteered with veterinary and conservation projects abroad, including helping to teach veterinary students in Ethiopia and in the conservation of leather back turtles in Costa Rica.
Outside of work she is kept busy with her two young sons, and enjoys a good game of tennis when time allows (and the weather is cool enough!)
She speaks English and is learning Arabic.
